Email Requirement

An email address is required when you purchase online. We will need to send emails regarding your order confirmation and shipping information. We will not sell or use your email information. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Order by Phone

If you prefer, you can place your order by calling 1-647-926-8501. To expedite your call, please be sure to write down the brand, style, color, size and desired quantity prior to calling.

Order Cancellation

It’s ok to change your mind. If there is an error in your order confirmation email or need to cancel the order, follow the link provided in the email to re-access your order history. You will be able to cancel the order by clicking the "cancel" button on the page.  If the "cancel" button is unavailable, call a customer service representative at 1-647-926-8501.


Shipping & Handling

We make every effort to ship in-stock orders within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). We take pride in packing our orders so that you receive your items in the best condition.

Shipping Options
We ship with Canada Post and we offer standard ground shipping. We currently ship within Canada and the United States, we do not currently offer international shipping options.


Standard Ground:  Most orders shipped within Canada and the United States should be received within 5 – 7 business days of shipment.

Do we ship to multiple addresses?
We do not ship part of your order to one address and the remainder of your order to another address.

Sales Tax and Duties:
All orders will be charged in Canadian dollars. The amount charged to your credit card will depend on the exchange rate on the day of the transaction. We collect 13% taxes for orders shipped in Canada. The appropriate tax will be added to your total at check out.

 The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations set by that country. Parcels may be subject to import duties and tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customers’ responsibility.


Returning an item or order
If, for any reason you would like to return your order, Jack In The Socks offers full refund on all unworn items, returned in the original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of postage.  However, if there has been an error on our part or the item returned is faulty, your postage will be refunded.
